CMM Inspector,
1st and 2nd shift: The CMM Inspector must have a minimum of 3 years experience in performing Aerospace-related final and
in-process inspections. Candidate must
be familiar with all standard inspection equipment, be able to work from both
customer blueprints and operation sheets as well as have Coordinate Measuring
Machine (CMM) programming experience. A
working knowledge of geometric tolerancing is a plus.
CNC Machinist,
1st and 2nd shift:
The CNC Machinist must
be able to setup and operate CNC machines from operation sheets and blueprints
and must be able to use precision measuring instruments to certify parts to
customer specifications.
Manufacturing Technician, 1st Shift: The Manufacturing Technician must have
experience in fitting, assembling, riveting, and deburring
machined aircraft engine components, or possess experience in a profession
demanding a high level of mechanical aptitude.
Candidate must be capable of working from operation sheets to close
aerospace tolerances.
Aerospace Welder,
2nd shift: The Aerospace Welder must be capable of
performing manual and automatic TIG welding on a variety of exotic materials,
including stainless steel and titanium.
Manual and automatic plasma welding experience a plus. Candidate must be capable of working from
operation sheets to close aerospace tolerances.
Production
Scheduler, 1st
Shift: The Production Scheduler will schedule detail components and assemblies
to meet delivery requirements, schedule daily equipment and staffing needs, and
establish manufacturing priorities to maintain a constant work flow. Candidates must have substantial experience
with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and scheduling software, and have a
strong manufacturing background with an emphasis on scheduling, planning, and
expediting. Preferred candidates will be
detail oriented, accurate, well organized, and capable of communicating with
all aspects of the value stream.
