Capabilities

Engineering

Our engineering department is kept up to date with the latest hardware and software technology. We currently employ 16 fulltime Engineers, proficient in SolidWorks, EdgeCAM, and Vericut

Manufacturing

At Delta we have the capacity to turn parts up to 75 in. diameter and 63 in. in length.
Our 4-axis milling capacity ranges up to 67" X 67" X 55" high, and our 5-axis capacity ranges up to 54" X 54" X 50" high.

Delta Industries has in-house welding capabilities that include MIG, TIG, Plasma, Resistance welding and torch brazing of both standard metals and exotic alloys. Welding is conducted by means of Robotics, Automatic, or Manual methods. Our various welding positioners range up to 6,000 lb. capacity.

We are also process certified in:

Assembly

Delta Industries assembles complete weldments and machine components.

Assembly features include on-site pressure testing, brazing and soldering, riveting, and stud/pin and helicoil installation
